Today VFW Post 10789 had two members show up and had the opportunity to publicly comment during the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors meeting. This is one of the very freedoms that we fought for.
We thank them for that opportunity today, and for graciously moving our comment time up on the agenda. We were limited in time like all other public commenters to two minutes.

We thank the Commander's Wife for making sure all logistics were taken care of and the plan was executed smoothly.
A letter with a return receipt will be mailed to the appropriate parties in the next couple days as I have time.
